Chevy Chase Community Center staff will host a winter coat drive for our community. Everyone is asked to donate a new or gently used coat, in good condition. Coats may be dropped off during the sites normal hours of operation.

Play Day will celebrate the fundamentals of play for families of all 8 wards within the District of Columbia.

(Washington, DC) – The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) announced today that Emery Playground (5801 Georgia Avenue NW/Ward 4) and Volta Park Playground (1555 34th Street NW/Ward 2) will close on Monday, October 3, 2016 for safety reasons while contractors from the Department of General Services address playground improvements at both sites.
Come join Ridge Road staff for their electrifying, full of fun and energy scary activities, games, dance and costume contest at the famous spooky Halloween party. Participants will receive candy and giveaways.
